3-Sport Athletes Recognized!

In one of the final chapels of the year today, the Herald athletic department recognized 15 students who participate in three sports (fall, winter and spring).  We are proud of these student/athletes and their perseverance to play multiple sports during the course of the school year!  Pictured are just some of those who made it!

Girls Tennis makes good showing in the Olympic League Tourney!

Congratulations to three of our Lady Herald Tennis players for advancing to the Olympic League tournament which started today at the La Mirada Tennis Center! Herald Girls Tennis Defeats Heritage Christian 11-7

Congratulations to the Lady Herald Tennis team for their Olympic League victory today over Heritage Christian! The win today gives the Lady Heralds a 3-0 series sweep over the Warriors.  The first two match ups of the season saw both matches going to a 9-9 tie breaker, but today’s match was a more convincing 11-7

Herald Tennis wins a tough battle over Heritage Christian!

Congratulations to Coach Eli Alejo and the Lady Herald Tennis team for their hard-fought win over Heritage Christian on Tuesday, October 3rd.  The Heralds played on their home court at the La Mirada Tennis Center. A Big Day for Herald Athletics!

It was an undefeated day for Herald athletics on Thursday, September 21! All three Volleyball teams defeated Maranatha.  Varsity won 3-2, JV won 2-0 and FS won 2-0. The Herald Girls Tennis Team defeated Heritage Christian 9-9 (63-57 in the tie breaker) The Herald JV Football team defeated California Military Institute 35-14. WAY TO GO

Herald Girls Tennis opens Olympic League play with a Victory!

The Herald singles players Kayla Koba, Joyce Gao and Hawoo Shim all swept their matches to give the Heralds the 9 points needed to force the tie-breaker.  Unfortunately all of the Herald doubles teams were swept by Heritage Christian. The Heralds prevailed 63-57 in total games to win the match and go 1-0 in Olympic
