The Herald Athletic Department is excited to announce a new Speed and Strength program for ALL WCHS sports! Starting on November 27th our teams will be training on campus with Cam Phillips and Paul Fabritz of PJF Performance of Anaheim. These two men will be training our athletes AND our coaches to help us in our commitment to bring our athletes to the highest level of health, fitness, injury prevention and strength. We are so excited to have these two men with us at Whittier Christian! Herald athletes need to meet with their coach to get information on their time slots for training.

PJF Performance is a High-Performance Training Facility servicing Pro-Athletes, Division 1 athletes, and Youth Players. They specialize in Vertical Jump/Explosiveness Research, Injury Prevention, Performance Enhancement and Recovery.
Founded by Global Performance Trainer Paul Fabritz in 2012, PJF Performance has quickly become a well-known and highly respected name for high level athletic development throughout the world. PJF provides training options for both in-person and online clients and is also available for international and domestic clinics.
